It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac only 5 minutes walk (600m) from the beach in Van Riebeeckstrand near Melkbosstrand. You can hear the waves and smell the sea as you stand in the garden. The cottage is completely yours for the duration of your stay. It sits on a property that is shared with the main house, however you will have complete privacy.

Red House is a rustic cottage located in the village of Koringberg. Surrounded by wheat and animal farms, you can expect all the perks that come with a stay in the country side - Mozzies and flies can be annoying sometimes but you will also enjoy the silence, the stargaze, the beautiful colours of the farmland and the biggest swimming pool in the area! The main property is on a dirt road, overlooks a farm dam and magnificent mountain views. The cottage is private, quiet and set in a lovely tranquil bird-filled garden. It is so close to town, that you can walk anywhere. Retreat to the quiet garden cottage after a day of shopping, eating and exploring.
