It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Gemütliche 2 ½ Zimmer Ferienwohnung, die geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist mit Blick aufs Meer und Festland. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Rauchen innerhalb der Villa nicht gestattet ist. Auf dem Balkon und im Aussenbereich darf selbstverständlich geraucht werden. Am Anreisetag ist die Ferienwohnung ab 17 Uhr bezugsbereit. Am Abreisetag muss die Ferienwohnung bis um 11 Uhr freigebe werden.
