We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. The cottage is set in gardens where wombats, wallabies and lyrebirds are frequent visitors. Walk through the forest or dine in on the cottage deck with a sunset. Neighbouring wineries, such as Coldstream Hills, Yarra Yering, Medhurst and Oakridge, are two minutes away, and Healesville is an easy 8 minute drive. If you want a a relaxing getaway, you will love the interior space with its well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. Herb gardens edge the back deck, and the front verandah catches the afternoon sunset. The cottage is a gorgeous getaway.

Relax and reconnect with nature in our lovely cottage in the woods. Minutes from Kallista and Grant's picnic grounds in the heart of the Sherbrooke forest. We offer private forest views within walking distance to the Sassafras-Monbulk hiking trail. Great spot to take time out and plan some local adventures. Perfect for couples, though we do offer a second fold-out bed for a third adult or child and can provide a single sized bed for a second child on request.

A Cottage with a View at Tudor Ridge

A cottage with a view at Tudor Ridge. Fully self contained stone farmhouse with two fireplaces. Two bedrooms with ensuite, one with Spa, also with kitchen and laundry. (For 2 guests, we lock off the second bedroom). The farmhouse was built back in the early 1900s as one of the original houses in the Kallista area. It boasts some of Melbournes most magnificant views. Views are to Cardinia Dam, down the Mornington Peninsula and to the Bays.
