Le chalet du capitaine baleinier Pierson est situé sur une propriété au bord de l'eau. Une expérience environnementale unique, nichée dans la nature mais à seulement 7 minutes à pied du centre historique de Sag Harbor Village. C'est le seul chalet offrant une vue panoramique vaste et pittoresque sur la magnifique crique de Sag Harbor depuis Main Street ainsi que des couchers de soleil spectaculaires et une plage privée à marée basse. Depuis les marches, vous pourrez suivre le sentier de 300 mètres jusqu'à votre propre plage privée où vous pourrez vous promener, nager, faire de la plongée avec tuba, du paddleboard ou simplement profiter de la vue incroyable et de l'air salé.
