Situated in the charming GreenBluff U-Pick farming community, we are just 15 minutes to north Spokane! One hour to Silverwood, half hour to Mount Spokane for skiing. Close to lakes!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful private resort on five beautiful acres while still having the convenience of restaurants and entertainment just ten minutes away. Welcome to Meadowview Barn! Our private and cozy apartment is just the place to relax and enjoy country life. It has been recently updated with new floors, a king bed and new lighting. It's located in the barn next to our beautiful farmhouse. The 3.4 acre property is a wide open vista were deer roam and where you just can't help but relax in the peace and quiet. The apartment itself dressed in a campy style. It is charming and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Come enjoy a stay in this newly renovated private suite on our 20 acre farm. Private setting just minutes to town! The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
