You will have a furnished single bedroom apartment in the lower part of our home. It has a private entrance with parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a huge yard for relaxing or we are on the Androscoggin River for fishing, kayaking or tubing. We are conveniently located only 3 miles from the Cedar Pond trail system parking allows for offroad adventures abound. Hikers will also enjoy this convenient location as we are only 30 minutes from Mount Washington and the White Mountains.

Do have small beach and large dock to share. wifi and sat tv so you can stay connected. Sorry no pets . We do have 2 friendly large dogs on the property and we do live next door. We provide a dock, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe shared with our Dockside cabin guests. 1st, 2nd, 3rd CT & Lake Francis are minutes away. Cook, BBQ or several restaurants are nearby.

The location of this charming and private cabin is perfect for your Pittsburg getaway. Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.
