Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

This one bedroom suite is located in brand new Saanich Ridge Estates, a residential community less than 30 minutes to downtown Victoria with the conveniences of charming Sidney just 10 minutes away.
