This is our holiday home which we get to use 2-3 times a year. We have been visiting Cotton Tree for 35 years and we believe it is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. We are close to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Our sunny patio, is great for breakfast.

The cottage is separate from our home and is your own while you stay. You will enjoy great access to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Relax on your own huge deck looking out through the forest. Everything you need and 15mins to the beach and Maroochydore CBD. Price per night is for the whole cabin. Newly installed dual system Air Conditioning hot/cold to suit all year round. Perfect spot to relax and unwind and watch nature go about its day. You will love this tiny cabin.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work.
