There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well. You can watch the ducks and geese float by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp. This is a cute little carriage house that was fully remodeled in 2016. It has one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 4 guests, also a full bathroom and Kitchen. Nearby amenities are Wolf Creek Ski Area, Penitente Canyon climbing, biking and hiking, Del Norte for mtn biking and hiking, Monte Vista Crane Festival, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Hot Springs Pools, hundreds of miles of ATV/Motorcycle riding and thousands of acres of National Forest to explore!

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.
