Le Greystone Cottage a été récemment rénové, accepte les chiens et se trouve à 5 minutes à pied des restaurants et des magasins de la ville historique de West Jefferson. Le chalet dispose d'une vue sur la montagne, d'un grand porche fermé, d'un jacuzzi, d'un barbecue à gaz et d'un foyer avec des lumières Edison éclairant l'espace extérieur la nuit. Le chalet est équipé d'une entrée sans clé, d'une connexion Internet haut débit par fibre optique, de téléviseurs intelligents, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge, d'un système de climatisation et de chauffage mini-split et d'une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle. Les deux chambres disposent de matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme Sealy (queen size).
