A dog friendly escape in the Carmarthenshire hills

Set between the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Coast, with 10 acres of meadow bordered by a small river The Annexe offers the perfect getaway for dog owners and nature lovers alike. We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Tradition meets Modern

Sleeping up to 7 guests, there's plenty of space for getaways with families or friends in our 3 bedroom home. All 3 rooms have a double bed + a single bed in the master bedroom. A generally quiet street, with friendly neighbours and a corner shop just a few doors away. Our home is located just a 10 minute drive from Swansea Bay, the Marina and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades.

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Room has wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table & lamp. Fridge & freezer, microwave & kettle (with cups, plates & crockery). Top floor beach front apartment overlooking picturesque Limeslade Bay with uninterupted panoramic views to Swansea and Devon. Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants. The house is modern in decor and is south facing, with stunning views across the Bristol Channel. It is the perfect place to stay for a short break or right through the summer!

Cheerful bright one bedroom self contained Annex with funky spiral staircase. Enter flat through private entrance into the kitchen / dining room. The spiral stairs lead up to a small double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Located in Mount Pleasant - just above Swansea city centre. Walk 12 to 15 mins down the steep hill to get to the shops, restaurants, bus station etc. Single person bookings only please.
