TLC: The Lake Cottage

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. Comfortable new sleeper sofa obtained in 2022. We are handicapped accessible, and pet friendly. Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!

Artist-owned, The Little House is sure to charm! The cottage is located on 5 acres. Bordered by Clay Creek and adjoining our 100-acre farm you will feel wonderfully secluded on the Little House’s 5 acres. Recently renovated, the cottage provides loads of vintage charm (hardwood floors, claw foot tub, large front porch) with modern conveniences and comforts of home (full kitchen, Keurig, shower, coffee maker, TV, washer/dryer, WiFi.)
