This cabin is located on the Hidden Falls Farm in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods while still being close to all the local amenities. Shaw's grocery store, Polish Princess Bakery and Copper Pig Brewery are only a short 10 minutes away in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Private Studio Apartment in the White Mountains

This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a covered parking spot just outside the door or in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I-93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.

Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
