A beautiful 30 min drive to Sundance mtn resort. This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

Located in the amazing Heber Valley is this beautiful 3-bed, 1-bath Heber City lower level vacation rental. With a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space with a yard/garden, this is the perfect place to stay. Close to many local attractions. This vacation spot is within 20 miles of many ski resorts & Deer Valley Gondola. You can snowmobile over the mountain slopes. Lake or Stream Fishing is just 5-10 minutes away. Many hiking and biking trails close by. We can’t wait for you to join us.

Our mountain valley suite includes 1200 sq ft of living space complete with a spacious family room with a children's play area and kitchenette. 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, mirrors, and side tables. For your convenience, a separate entrance and parking space are located on the south side of the house. Our home is nestled in beautiful Heber Valley with 360 degree mountain vistas; it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of Midway ("Little Switzerland") and 30 minutes from Park City.
