Maison au bord de l'eau avec quai privé sur la rivière Hudson. Idéal pour les activités de plein air telles que le kayak, la pêche, la baignade, le tubing, la navigation de plaisance ou simplement la détente. Le lac George et Saratoga sont tous deux à proximité. Notre maison ne manquera pas d'impressionner avec beaucoup d'espace. Qu'il pleuve ou qu'il vente, vous pourrez profiter du bord de l'eau sur l'un des porches fermés. Profitez du lever du soleil sans jamais quitter votre suite parentale. Belle cheminée intérieure pour se réchauffer par temps frais. Nous avons deux kayaks dont vous pouvez profiter.

Escapade au bord d'un lac dans les Adirondacks

Le Camp Kimball est situé directement sur le lac Great Sacandaga et offre tout le confort d'un chez-soi. Profitez de la belle vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse avec des couchers de soleil incomparables. Quai privé pour se baigner ou accéder avec votre kayak. La plage Association se trouve à quelques pas de la cabane. Près du lac George et de Saratoga Springs, ainsi que de la randonnée, du ski, de la pêche, des sites historiques, de la motoneige et bien plus encore. Profitez de vous asseoir sur la terrasse, au bord du lac ou devant un feu confortable dans le foyer fourni.

Retraite confortable dans les arbres

Voyagez dans le temps jusqu'en 1958 dans ce joyau architectural ! Cette cabane moderne en verre et en bois du milieu du siècle est à 300 mètres d'un charmant petit lac. La maison n'est PAS sur le lac lui-même, mais elle est entourée d'arbres dans un endroit charmant et isolé. Le seul chauffage est un poêle à bois... mais il y a un sauna électrique en tonneau de cèdre pour 4 personnes dans les bois. Une caravane de voyage Spartanette classique de 1952 sert de chambre supplémentaire. C'est une véritable retraite pour la romance et l'aventure.
