We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston.
