Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The property is Within 500m of bala town centre with many food and drink establishments, and is even closer to the shore of Bala lake. Porthmadog and Barmouth are 30 minutes away by car. There are Many walks and cycle routes in the area, host will share any routes on request. A Master bedroom and a second bedroom. Downstairs Shower room only, no bath. Travel cot and high chair available on request. One dog allowed on request.

The Loki Hut The loki hut is a rustic shepherds hut constructed by ourselves here at Graig escapes. Set in the vale of Clwyd in Denbighshire we are located relatively high up so you can enjoy the far reaching views all the way to Snowdonia. The hut is very private and suited to couples and folk who hope to relax and unwind surrounded by nature and animals. The outside bathtub is just stunning at night. We are located just 4 miles from Llandegla forest, 7 miles from Ruthin.

Ty Beic Country Apartments, The Barn

Ty Beic is two, one bedroom holiday cottages perched on a hill above the tiny hamlet of Sarnau, near Bala, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. These two restored stone barns are a magical place to stay all year round providing a perfect base for exploring North Wales. The Barn is a one bedroom detached cottage with exposed beams and stone walls and magnificent views of the Berwyn Mountains. It is furnished to a very high standard with a certain offbeat charm.

The Byre - secluded retreat with incredible views

Originally built in the mid 1600’s, The Byre was converted from a cow shed to a dwelling in the mid 1980’s. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment to bring it up to date. We are surrounded by 15,000 acres of forests, perfect for walking and cycling. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome and we ask that dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings or on the beds. Please make sure that you check your dogs in when making your reservation as a fee of £20 is applicable.
