This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

This bright & sunny guest suite is conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk away from Takapuna Beach, Hauraki Corner shops and bus stops (buses to Auckland City) and local schools. Takapuna centre is about 15-20 minutes walk away with all its wonderful shops, cafes & restaurants. The completely self contained accommodation with its own entrance, kitchenette and bathroom is set back from the road, in the peaceful leafy garden on the hosts' property, but detached from the main house.

Contemporary one bedroom studio with pool

Enjoy a resort style stay in this centrally located property. Newly built and styled, this studio is separate from the main house and comes with shared use of ultra deep salt water pool (not heated). Featuring a king sized bed with Citta bedding, Country Road bath towels, drinks fridge, tea and coffee plunger. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five minute walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to Queen street. The bus to Britomart is a six minute walk away.

Waterfront studio apartment - North Shore Auckland

Enjoy the tranquil sounds of the Ngataringa Bay on your doorstep from this new studio apartment. Just a 5-min drive (or a 30-min walk) from Narrow Neck beach, or a 12-min ferry ride to the Auckland CBD, this cosy and modern studio apartment is the perfect place for a quick getaway, or as a base for your Auckland City activities. The ferry is a two-minute drive (or a 12 minute walk) and the Devonport Ferry is a 10-minute drive.

Our sunny cottage is perfect for couples or solo travellers who want to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in a central location. There is also an outdoor patio to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
