The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. 'The Tractor Shed' is a renovated 1860's steading situated on a small farm on the Black Isle just a mile off the A9 and NC500 route. The cosy house sits in the centre of the farmyard. We have great views over Ben Wyvis and the hills to the west. A peaceful, quirky place to stay in the rural countryside yet not too far from Inverness and other local attractions such as Loch Ness and Culloden.
