Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Perfect location for nearby activities: Gorge concerts(40 mi), skiing/snowboarding (19 mi), hiking, golfing, with quick access to Leavenworth, Wenatchee & Chelan. This property is an updated upstairs unit condo featuring two bedrooms with queen size beds, full stocked kitchen, comfortable living area with panoramic views of gorgeous Lake Chelan. Located just as you come into town across the street from the water. Condo is 1/4 mile to Lakeside park, 1/2 mile to Slidewaters water park, and very close to great wineries and restaurants. Come for the wine, stay for the view!

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.

Our charming little bungalow is tucked away in a corner of the equally charming town of Pateros. Perfect as a central location for local sightseeing, golfing, and outdoor recreation, or spending your days on the porch with your favorite drink and person watching the eagles and osprey over the beautiful Methow River.
