Downtown/Steps from Market Square

This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

Gallery 25 Market Square is central to downtown Knoxville with the best that the city has to offer in dining and entertainment a short walk away. The loft is located directly beside Subway entrance on Market Square. The weekly Farmer's Market outside the door and live music from local and national artist is inclusive to all tastes. The gallery loft's aesthetic was grown to make it a comfortable destination spot that encourages creativity and cultivates life long memories for our guests.

Location, Location, Location! Located in the Old City close to Gay Street, Market Square, newly constructed Covenant Health Baseball Park, UT campus, Mill and Mine concert venue, and Knoxville Urban Wilderness. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer without having to get in your car! Walk or bike to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Entire condo to yourself. Third floor with stairway access only. Enjoy a stylish, cozy, and efficiently laid out apartment equipped with all you’ll need: newest appliances, modern furnishings and cleaner than your house (we’re confident in this aspect). Perfect for 2, but can host 3. Located downtown, with all the good and not-so-good that goes with that. If you don't like city life, please don’t book it just to leave a negative review. Walking distance to UTK, Neyland Stadium, Children’s Hospital, restaurants, shops, parks and Tennessee river.

Downtown Knoxville 2BR2B w Pvt Yd & Garage

This converted 1940's-era industrial building is now a 2000+ sf open format loft with a modern vibe. Skylights provide plenty of light. Enjoy the view onto your private courtyard from the windows that make up the majority of the back wall of the common kitchen/living/dining space. Chill out on the couch or cook a gourmet meal with family and friends. Two large en-suite bedrooms welcome you to your nightly rest. And even though we are downtown, noise is nearly always minimal.

Easy walking access (less than one mile) to University of Tennessee and two miles to Market Square and downtown. Next to a greenway and a park that offers tennis courts, jogging trails, bike paths and more! Easy drive to the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. There is a community pool on property. We take EXTREME CARE in sanitizing and cleaning.
