Cute quaint house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, located in downtown Dunedin Florida. All furniture in the house is new. Bathroom is newly remodeled, and includes a shower with a jet tub. Cozy family room with 60" flat screen smart TV, and sleeper sofa. We have a desk, and elliptical machine, along with a comfy chair for reading/relaxing in the extra room on the back. The kitchen is fully functional, with most conveniences of home. Come and enjoy delightful Dunedin, and have the time of your life!

Many things - from the front deck to the furniture to the very plates you’ll eat off of - are handcrafted originals. This isn’t just a place to crash. It's a living, breathing work of art.

Less than 30 minutes to TPA Airport, 13 miles to Clearwater Beach, 2.2 Miles to Honeymoon Island, 1.0 miles to US-19 to easily get to surrounding areas, and 3.5 miles to downtown Dunedin. Guest house located on property with friendly host. There is one parking space provided for guests onsite. Happy to provide recommendations for a local experience during your stay! Circular driveway with a carport for off street parking. The cottage is equipped with a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, as well as beach amenities and wifi. There's a fenced back patio for you to enjoy our beautiful weather!

You can find it under “Seaside Artisan Motel Owner Suit”. This Airbnb is walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars in Dunedin. It’s about 4 miles away from Honeymoon Island and about 6 miles from Clearwater Beach.
