Our Seaside Studio sleeps 4 guests comfortably, one queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, 1 full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our studio provides all the amenities of a home with an extraordinary location close to all of your vacation needs. You can take a walk to the Blue Jays Stadium, you are 1 Mile to Downtown Dunedin where restaurants and shops awaiting to please your palate.

Coastal Cottage C Bikes, Beach Items, Adventure!

Brand new renovation -fresh and modern! This cottage is my favorite one and hope will be yours too! It’s a small space but designed to make you feel right at home! Please see pictures with the couch pulled out for reference. Sorry no animals/pets. Very quiet and peaceful. Free beach items included especially the beach bikes! The bedroom is small but the queen sized bed frame allows for suitcases to easily slide underneath….the couch is also a queen pull out bed for more sleeping options. 🙏💕

Dunedin Suite West, near Pinellas Trail/beaches

Dunedin Suite West is modern and spacious with a full kitchen and private patio area out back. You will find it clean, comfortable, and convenient staying here. The suite is a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach, ranked some of the nicest beaches in the world. Beach supplies included. You can rent bikes and bike the Pinellas Trail. Pinellas Trail, Blue Jays Stadium, and Main St with tons of restaurants, breweries, art, and shops are all within walking distance.

This newly updated studio apartment is located in downtown Dunedin on Main Street. The large private balcony is the real gem. Inside you’ll find quality furnishings and attention to detail throughout. We are centrally located to both Tampa and St. Pete. Our award winning white sandy beaches are a short drive from the unit. Steps from your door you’ll find shopping breweries and dining options to please just about all. This unit is above a Pub/Bar, noise may be an issue.

This Airbnb offers a unique experience to stay at a mom and pop style retro motel. The property has total of 10 airbnb’s. There is no lobby for the guests, however we do list for rent the owner suit with front desk on airbnb as well. You can find it under “Seaside Artisan Motel Owner Suit”. This Airbnb is walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars in Dunedin. It’s about 4 miles away from Honeymoon Island and about 6 miles from Clearwater Beach.
