People love this setup for vacation! (We never rent the two units separately.) Fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, yard games, AC, outdoor balcony, smart TVs, washer/dryer. 5 min drive to other beaches/center of town. Close to Newport/Block Island Ferry. Firewood provided. This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

1863 Mystic Victorian, Private Guest Suite & Bath

Experience the charm of historic Mystic from our 1863 Victorian home. A keypad entry leads to your private Queen bedroom & bath. Our goal was to create a boutique hotel-like setting separate from the main house. At the back of the house, the guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. Enter the bedroom and find your private bath off a short hallway. This space is yours. We provide a minifridge and keurig but there is no kitchen and you do not have access to the rest of the house.

This fully renovated waterfront home with a private dock features refinished hardwood floors, white-washed ceilings, stunning water views from large windows, and modern furnishings. The open-concept living area has a cozy fireplace and ample seating for gathering or relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with top-tier stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, a tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and tap water filtered through a reverse osmosis (RO) system for clean, crisp water.
