Here, you won't find a TV or WiFi, but we offer an extensive collection of books, games, a radio, and even an outdoor bath and new bespoke wood burning sauna for ultimate relaxation. Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

It’s within walking distance from Tantallon Castle & Seacliff Beach and is well known for it’s stunning views. Enjoy lovely walks and there is also horse riding available at Seacliff Stables. DRIFT coffee shop is also a must to visit with its incredible view of the Bass Rock.
