Très bel appartement situé au premier étage d'une maison privée, comportant une chambre à couché modulable (1 lit 2 personnes ou 2 lits 1 personne), une cuisine très bien équipée, une salle douche, une toilette séparée et un grand living avec un divan convertible en lit 2 personnes. Situé dans un petit village très calme, non loin de la petite Suisse luxembourgeoise. Accessible en transports en commun par les lignes de bus 190, 191 et 116 qui au départ des gares de Diekirch et d'Ettelbruck.

Modern flat near Echternach

Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

This cozy studio is located in the back area of a lovely house in the city of Senningen. It´s located 50m from a bus stop that leads to the airport (8 min by car) and to the capital city (25 min). Free parking on the street. Neues, sehr zentral gelegenes Studio in der ältesten Stadt Luxemburg's. Die Wohnung liegt ideal im schönen Stadtzentrum von Echternach, gleich neben der Basilika. Vor der Haustür können Sie den "Müllerthal Trail" starten, zur Touristeninformation gehen, zur Bäckerei oder zum Supermarkt. Die Einkaufsstraße, sowie viele gute Restaurants, Terrassen und Cafés kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Sogar ein Kino ist nur 200m entfernt.
