Winter: Be the first on the lift in the morning and relax by the fire in the evening. Summer: Aerial Adventure park and Zip line rides at the mountain and a 10 minute drive to access Lake Canandaigua. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens and fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
