The Little Cozy Two

**WE ARE ON THE US SIDE** Located on the 2nd floor of an older 2 story home. Private, nothing fancy, traditional Cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Similar to a cottage setting. WiFi/Paramount +included. There is also an apartment on the first floor and is completely separate. PEACEFUL AREA. Parking. We live directly next door (brick house)and are 30 seconds away if you need anything. Our Place is a 4 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available.
