We are a 20 minute walk from the beach along tree lined pavements. we are located on the cycle route linking Exmouth to Budleigh Salterton along the old railway route. The open top bus (seasonal) stops outside the property and will take you into town or to Sandy Bay. it is located in the quiet "Avenues" area of the town. The bathroom is on the ground floor.
