Come experience Toronto from a different perspective. We've combined our Intro to SUP session with a tour and SUP Yoga. This is perfect for experienced paddle boarders and beginners, as a way to learn and develop your SUP skills while doing a peaceful and fun tour of Torontos waterfront and finishing off by getting into the flow of yoga on the water. Le lieu

We meet at Budapest Park in Torontos Western Beaches, close to central Toronto and south of High Park. Meeting on the beach we embark to explore the Lakeshore and depending on wind and water conditions head west towards the beautiful Humber River or East towards Sugar Beach. Returning to the floating garden we'll anchor in the water and finish with a flowing yoga session on the paddleboards.
