Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Our family welcomes you to our cozy loft located above our unused garage. Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. Gas stations and Dollar General in town Eats- Fullers Ice Cream shop, 104 Store Note- the garage is a metal roof, bad cell reception

Escape to the Lake!! Bright and cozy, quiet setting, private road. 15' right of way access to Lake Ontario only 300 yards away. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. Large grassy lot. Large deck off the kitchen for cookouts with Adirondack chairs and several tables for your portable gas grill. Have a campfire and make S'mores! Dish Network provided and adequate cellular reception. We are far enough off the paved roads that it is very private, the trade-off is, there is no Internet.

In the winter, cross-country ski and ice skating rings nearby (Geneva; Watkins Glen). New lock for easy check-in.
