This home sits on a private hilltop home, situated right in Downtown Roanoke, a 1 minute drive to any place downtown, a 10 minute walk, or a $4.80 Uber! Enjoy being the only house in the area with it's own private parking. Home sleeps 6 people. Everything has been COMPLETELY gutted and renovated from the bottom up. Brand new bathroom with RAINFALL shower head, tank less hot water heater (unlimited hot water, take as long of a shower as needed). Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances.

Ms Helen's Down Under - Private, Luxurious & Fun

Private Luxurious Ms Helen's Down Under, once home to band practice and poker games now tastefully updated with modern decor and comfortable surroundings. This is the updated basement with its own separate entrance, bath, kitchen and Laundry room in my home. There is almost 700 sq feet to use or if you need a private getaway or crash pad. Loft style, their is no door on the bedroom. We do not block days at all in if it shows not available it isn't. We do not allow pets as host is allergic.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Grandin Gem

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, take time to relax on the front porch of this peaceful and historic Grandin neighborhood hideaway. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a five minute drive to downtown, you'll be conveniently located to the best Roanoke has to offer. This apartment has a private entrance and ample parking just a few steps from your front door. Your host can provide access to a central laundry room (free of charge) on site if needed.

Contains one bedroom with large walk-in closet, full private bathroom, and basement kitchen that functions as a dining room and living room with full size washer and dryer and large LCD TV. The kitchen contains a brand new refrigerator, full size range, modern exhaust fan and microwave.

The historic Farmer’s Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique Airbnbs, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.
