Stroll Capitol Hill from a Cozy Foursquare Home

1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds in living room sofa. WIFI, TV w/cable included. Keyless entry makes for an easy visit. The space is 1 block from a city bus stop and 2 blocks to Denver B-cycle. There is street parking, however we recommend walking, biking, or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere in the city. The space has a separate entrance with keyless entry. It is one bedroom, one bath, a kitchenette, and a living/dining room. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces at your leisure. Laundry access can be made available on request. This is our home and we live upstairs. We are an easy train ride from Denver International Airport to Union Station, and then a $10 Uber ride to the house. The apartment has its own entry on the north side of the house. Guests will have access to the front porch and the back patio. Street parking only. Host lives in the top floors of the house and is available via airbnb messaging at all times. We have an individualized door code for each stay so you can come and go as you please. The home is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, which has a history of being a haven for artists and bohemians with its boutique shops, graffiti murals, neighborhood dive bars, and music venues. Downtown is within easy walking distance. Marijuana is legal in Colorado. Feel free to partake but no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Street parking can be tough in Capitol Hill if you arrive late at night. Our neighborhood is walkable so you probably won’t even need a car for your stay. Public transportation in Denver is also reliable.

Location, Location, Location! Your stay away from home is located in the garden level of my beautiful townhome. You have your own guest suite with bed, bath, and living room area with kitchenette. Located close to entertainment venues, hospitals, parks, and just a five minute walk to downtown Denver. Near lots of great restaurants (and VooDoo Doughnuts)! Your space is in the basement of our home with a private keyless entrance and includes a private off street parking spot IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. Lyft or Uber, are never more than a one or two minute wait. Downtown is within a 20 minute walk. Smoking is allowed outside (420 friendly). Your suite is self contained with everything you need to be comfortable. You will receive your entry code on the day of your arrival after we have your arrival and departure times.

Newly Renovated Private Cottage in Walkable Area

A quaint carriage house in the beautiful Cheesman Park neighborhood- recent full renovation completed in July 2022. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars and the park are all within blocks- the closest grocery store and coffee shop are less than a block away! This is a completely stand-alone unit (NOT attached to house or garage) providing for a quiet and private stay. Vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, AC units, and washer/dryer make for a comfortable stay.
