We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.

Oceanside Modern Victorian 2BR- East End/ Downtown

Classic New England style home, recently renovated and updated with modern amenities. A stone's throw from Portland's best public park, The Eastern Promenade. The Promenade boasts beautiful ocean views, a public beach, basketball & tennis courts & large playground. The neighborhood offers great restaurants and coffee shops. The Old Port and the rest of Downtown Portland is a 10 minute walk or 4 minute Uber ride away.

The Aerie

My place is 1.5 blocks from the Eastern Prom and close to the Old Port, downtown, art and culture, parks, and restaurants and dining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Real full bed + ikea sofa can be a single bed as well. Expansive Casco Bay views. The studio apartment is on the third floor of a 3-unit building. Unfortunately at this time I cannot allow dogs.
