Tucked away in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is our newly renovated annex. It is situated in an acre of land including a lake that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. Across the road is a lovely pub for quick bites, slap up meals and a tipple. Or the handy Spar shop has most things you may ever need, 1 min walk

Fabulous separate dwelling, quiet area, offering private annexe of our home. Off street parking. Fresh Continental Breakfast, your own Kitchenette, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and fridge. Very comfortable king size bed, high quality bedding, towels etc. Light airy double room with views and access to south facing garden, free wifi, television and sofa. Superb shower room with loo. Black out curtains. Terrific value. An Excess charge of £40 cash for early checkin/ late departure.

The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area with underfloor heating. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

Fferm y Bryn (Bryn Farm)

Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

The Studio @ the Coachhouse

Light & modern ground floor studio accommodation with disabled access & private parking in gated property. 2 large single beds or zip & link huge Emperor double. Dog friendly Personal welcome from the owner or management team. 3 miles from Llangollen; 10 miles from Oswestry and Wrexham and 20 miles from Chester Plenty of local activities including the offas dyke path through the 150 private estate & the World Heritage Aqueduct a walk away. Dog friendly pub closeby. Plus super speed wifi.

A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Beautiful, self contained, fully furnished, home from home accommodation. Views across Wirral farmland. 100m to River Dee. 15 minute walk to picturesque Parkgate. 5 miles (10 mins drive) for guests travelling to Clatterbridge Hospital. 4 miles (10 mins) drive to Leahurst Equine Hospital. Quiet, semi rural location. Bars & restaurants Heswall (5 mins taxi). Access to Liverpool, Chester & North Wales. Heswall Golf Club - 2 mins away, Royal Liverpool 5 miles.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
