The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

FULLY RENOVATED with all the comforts of home...plus a few more! Includes a private master bedroom, a separate sleeping loft space, a dedicated workspace, private outdoor areas, and PARKING IS INCLUDED. Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

Beautifully renovated, and close to all of the downtown Ft Wayne attractions, this main level condo features 2 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The kitchen has brand new cabinets & appliances, and quartz counter tops. Both bathrooms are brand new as well, with stylish vanities, and a walk in tiled shower. 1st bedroom features bunk beds with a pull out trundle bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. Private laundry area with stacked washer/dryer, & private fenced back yard are included as well!

It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Relax and unwind in this colorful, stylish ranch home, located in the desirable Pine Valley neighborhood! Dogs are welcome, but note the back yard is not enclosed!
