The Landing at Cohasset Harbor

Welcome to "The Landing," our tranquil barn retreat, nestled in Cohasset Harbor. This space offers the perfect setting to unwind. We have two queen beds, one in a loft and one in the main area, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub and shower. The barn sits behind our main house on the edge of a marsh and a river that leads into the ocean. Enjoy being directly across from Cohasset Harbor and just a 7 minute walk up the street to lovely downtown Cohasset with its shops, restaurants and bars.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Come & enjoy a New England fall getaway! This hidden gem is located in Humarock, part of the seaside town of Marshfield. So many amenities to enjoy ~ beach is a close walk away, along with great shops and restaurants, Bridgwaye and Voyager are the local favorites. Lots of sight seeing in close by Plymouth. This cozy one bedroom with kitchenette, queen size bed and pullout sofa, hardwood floors, central air, open feel with gorgeous views! Escape here and take a break or work remote!

Large private room located in the Basement of a single family home. The home is conveniently located less than one minute from route 3 half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The room has a full size bed, and a euro lounger that can be used to relax and watch TV or reclyned for sleeping. There is a kitchenette located in the room which has a Fridge with top freezer, a microwave and a Keurig . The private bath is located inside the bedroom. Cool off in the pool during summer months.
