Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

Welcome to Brule Point, only 10 minutes from the village of Tatamagouche, NS. Our home is located on a 4 acre, private, waterfront lot on the shores of Tatamagouche Bay. A somewhat stony, rocky shoreline at tide, but fairly nice sandy beach at low tide, perfect for wading, strolling, and swimming (at your own risk). You can expect complete peace and quiet except the sounds of the breeze, the loons and other forest animals. The dome is the only one on the property, which sits on over 40 acres! Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
