It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Adorable three bed, two bath farmhouse just 12 minutes to the historic Dahlonega Square and only 5 minutes to the North Georgia Outlet Mall. Enjoy this private setting sipping wine around the fire pit while the kids make s’mores. A king bed with ensuite bathroom for the master, with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs.
