You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The boat has a living room with a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed, a kitchen, a separate bed room, an office, and a bath room with shower
