Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Oceanfront with stunning views of Howe Sound/Coastal Mountains (above photo). Close to town, ferry, restaurants. A 10 minute walk through our forest leads to our swimmable beach. Suite is newly renovated with stone fireplace insert, queen bed, new sofa bed, keyless entrance and private deck (bedding and towels provided). Kitchenette has microwave, small fridge, infra-red single burner, water dispenser, coffee/espresso makers, dishes, no sink (we do the dishes for you). BL#00000625

Shoreline Suite; a waterfront getaway

Waterfront! A beautiful, newly-renovated suite with modern coastal style. Walk out of the french doors onto your private patio to the Davis Bay shore! Located between Gibsons and Sechelt with walkout access to Davis Bay beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

This cozy home gives you the best of both worlds, surrounded by mature forest with an ocean view. Take in the view from the private patio off the master bedroom or the patio, off the living room. Watch the birds from the patios by day. On a clear night, you'll experience a quiet star filled sky and perhaps spot a bat or two. Away from traffic noise, this is a quiet getaway. My place is pet friendly, limited to one pet.

The cottage is accessible just off the Sunshine Coast Highway and is a one hour drive from the Langdale Ferry Terminal. Eagle Cliff is on the east side of Bowen Island facing north shore mountains and Horseshoe Bay. Our home is a 7-minute drive from Snug Cove towards Hood Point and is situated 80 feet above the waters edge. We are on the 281 bus route. Walking trails interlace the community with access to the beach close by. Relaxing, beautiful views of nature, and many eagles from this suite. BIM license # 0449
