Comfortable and spacious home surrounded by nature in a great location! This 3/2 mobile home sleeps 10 and it sits in a 5-acre piece of land full of trees. Sit by the firepit, relax in the screened porch, listen to the animals and you might even see some deers. The house is peaceful and secluded but it is less than 10 minutes to downtown and also between 8 - 15 minutes to Ginnie Springs, Blue Springs and Poe Springs. We are also about 20 minutes to other Springs and 25 minutes to Gainesville.

You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. For those seeking a more "campy" experience check out the queen sized swinging bed in the downstairs screened space with it's own bathroom and outdoor shower or the twin daybed on the upstairs sleeping porch!
