You can enjoy a unique view over the Douro River, just from 10 kms from Porto city. The property has also an 18th century manor, with a beautiful chapel, a swimming pool and lush vegetation, you can visit Porto and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful tranquillity of Douro River country side. With more than a hundred species of camellias (more than 200 years old), and old chestnut trees, along other species, is truly a unique place. The historical centre of Porto was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and Porto has been elected “European Best Destination 2017” (the third time that the city receives this distinction). With its special charm, simultaneously modern and authentic, Porto has many things to offer: monuments, architecture, cultural heritage, cultural life, museums, esplanades and other open air leisure spaces as well as green spaces, along river bank and sea shore. At night, you can also find entertainment and leisure at its bubbling streets, esplanades and bars. To the north you find the Douro Valley - recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage since 2001 and the oldest demarcated wine region of the world (since the Roman occupation, for some 2.000 years). It is also a must-see! Douro Valley cultural landscape of outstanding beauty is “representative of the full range of activities association with winemaking – terraces, quintas (wine-producing farm complexes), villages, chapels, and roads”. Its main product, since the 18th century, port wine, is world famous. Can access: the swimming pool which has a small fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and full bathroom; to the river using the available kayaks or fishing because there is an ancient anchorage; gardens and paths within the farm; free parking We live in the main house of the farm and we are happy to help in any way we can! We want to ensure a memorable stay! Avintes is a historic village with a river beach and a small center served by several restaurants and shops. It's home to an excellent biological park and a zoo, while the center of Gaia and Porto are around 10-15 minutes away. There is public transport 1km from the Quinta entrance. However, it is recommended to use your own car. You can park inside the property.

Com cerca de 60m2, a casa tem dois quartos com camas de casal e um sofá-cama. Máx. 4-6 hóspedes. Tudo foi construído e pensado para manter uma decoração de casa de campo, focado no conforto,e nos detalhes. 1500 m2 de propriedade privada, com piscina, jardim e zona exterior. Quer seja a relaxar sob a encosta do rio junto a casa, a tomar banhos de sol na zona da piscina, na zona de refeições/lazer de deck, numa refeição com o grelhador ou em pura contemplação em qualquer ponto da propriedade.

Apartamento encantador com pátio

This is a calm and elegant place perfect for relaxing. Here you will be in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This a residential part of the city and it's just a bus ride away from the city center. We are close to Porto and the city park "Parque Oriental da Cidade", in Azevedo de Campanhã (Rua do Meiral) but we have our own green park. Once per week, the flat will be cleaned and the bed and bathroom linen will be changed. We don't have a washing machine but we have a laundry service.

Villa nichée sur les bords du Douro, entièrement reconstruite en 2021 alliant le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne pour garantir des vacances inoubliables et reposantes. Garantie d'un séjour paisible et dépaysant, les premiers voisins sont à 200m. Laissez-vous bercer par le bruit de l'eau qui tombe de cascade en cascade, la propriété étant bordée par un cours d'eau qui se jette dans un petit bras du Fleuve Douro. Le centre historique de Porto à moins de 20mn en voiture.

ManuelHouse é uma casa com 2 pisos. Um espeço novo e acolhedor, ideal para família ou amigos. No piso principal encontramos o hall de entrada, dois quartos e um WC completo. No piso inferior temos mais um quarto (sem luz natural, mas muito espaçoso +/-20m2), sala de estar com TV e sofá, uma cozinha completa e bem equipada, mesa de jantar ate 8 pessoas e um WC completo e espaçoso. De momento não temos espaço exterior, ainda em remodelação.

Fantastic 10 hectares farm with over 100 years old house, fully restored, with a unique charm. Quiet and lovely place to be with family and friends. Located in Melres, 25km (highway) from Porto city center. Quiet and beautiful, with a magnificent salt water pool, and lovely spots for trekking. Also located at 2 km from Rio Douro, were you can enjoy a fantastic boat ride, water ski, wakeboard etc... Free fresh bread every morning.

A Casa de Areja fica situada em frente ao rio Douro, num local recôndito e muito calmo, a 30 minutos do Porto. Tem um pequeno cais que lhe dá a possibilidade de usar um transporte aquático. 🚤 Possui uma piscina privada que pode ser aquecida mediante um custo adicional. 🏊🏻‍♀️ A casa tem 3 suites, uma delas com berço. Tem ainda um espaço comum com dois sofás-cama. Por isso, consegue receber 6 adultos, 4 crianças e 1 bebé.

The accesses are paved in Portuguese sidewalk and interconnect the diverse constructions existing in the property, allowing the easy access to all the places until the riverside. It is located 30 minutes away from the Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport and the city center of Porto.
