Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

A modern freshly renovated seaside ground floor Annexe a stones’ throw from the Beach, Parks, Splash Point and restaurants in Central Sunny Worthing. The Annexe features a bright open-plan living area with kitchen dining area, a huge plush sofa and TV. The Master bedroom has a new King size bed and leads out onto a small courtyard.
