Modern studio + two bicycles in cozy Liskwartier!

Willebrordus is een moderne studio (met 2 fietsen) in een van de gezelligste wijken van Rotterdam: het Liskwartier! De studio heeft een voor- en achterkamer. In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

Hoe is het mogelijk, midden in de bebouwde kom, aan een niet doorgaande weg, 2 minuten lopen naar het OV richting Rotterdam, Den Haag en omstreken, ligt deze oase van rust. Winkelcentrum en restaurants op loopafstand. Rotterdam met OV 30 minuten. Ontbijt staat klaar voor je in je eigen koelkast. Ruime slaapkamer met schuifpui naar een eigen idylische tuin met eettafel. Ruime badkamer met toilet, voorzien van grote wasbak, regendouchte en spiegel. Twee airco's om te verwarmen of te koelen.

Gueststay Emma is mooi, rustig en centraal gelegen bij Rotterdam, naast het treinstation. Een prachtig gastenverblijf met rondom uitzicht op de tuin. Eigen ingang, kitchenette met magnetron, oven, koffie (dolce gusto) en thee faciliteiten, grote koel/vrieskast. Fijne douche, groot 2 persoonsbed 160x200 cm. De bank is heerlijk om op te relaxen. Groot bureau en een leuk eethoekje. De tuin voor de openslaande deuren is geschikt om lekker in de zon te zitten. Het gastenverblijf is privé eigendom.

Close to a supermarket, bakery, cafe and coffee bars. Hi, I'm Elsemarijn, I live in the apartment myself, I made everything myself (DIY), sometimes I move furniture. Nice & cozy place near Rotterdam center!

Welcome to our apartment near the center of Rotterdam. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a quiet building in a nice and multicultural neighborhood. The city center is within 7 min by tram or a nice 20 min stroll. Two bedroom apartment, max three adults. Kitchen with dishwasher, very comfortable beds and a (rain)shower. Be aware! Parties, events and receiving non-paying guests is absolutely not allowed! On request and availability we provide parking for €15 a day.

Cottage Duinroos (Dune Rose)

This cottage is located in nature reserve the Voornse Duinen at the end of a cycle path (accessible by cars) and 1.5 km from the sea. The house has a very large garden and unobstructed views to the meadow behind. The central living room features a wood stove and open kitchen. The two master bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, are also on the ground floor. The first floor is for the children. There is a custom-made loft bed and an extra bed.

Peaceful cosy home near lakes and city centre

Located on the 3th floor (last floor) without lift, easy access by bike, car, transport to explore Rotterdam with all family-friendly activities: go for a boat tour, paddle or swimming in the Rotte cannal, a lot of walking and biking tours around. If you want to enjoy a staycation with your family, the apartment is also ideal with dedicated work space, lightful and quiet. Let your stay in Holland unique and high quality.

!!! Not convenient for people with mobility problems - lots of stairs! ✔ There is a shared antrance with the hosts.✔ Charming place in the south of Rotterdam. The apartament - second floor- consist the bathroom, a livingroom with work space, a fully equipped kitchen and separate shower. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. The space is perfect for 2-4 people.

In de zevende hemel

Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie. Geniet van zeven hoog de rust in hartje Vlaardingen. Op 10 minuten lopen van de metro en binnen 20 minuten in hartje Rotterdam. If this is too big for you (and your partner) you can also choose Room Seven. That means cheaper but with us staying in the apartment as well.

Our Garden Room apartment is in the center of the city with great places to meet, shop, dine out or have breakfast within a hundred meters. Out the front door you will be in the bustling atmosphere of the city and at the back the doors opens to a garden with birds, trees and flowers. The garden is NO smoking.
