The Bothy - 28 acre private retreat

This custom designed, modern cabin has just enough of everything. The cabin sits by itself on 28 private acres with meadows, forest, a small creek, and trails. You have privacy and space to wander and wonder and are still just 15 minutes to town, 10 minutes to Lake Santeetlah, and 1 mile off the Cherohala Skyway. A Bothy is an old Scottish term for a small simple farm building that travelers can shelter in. The cabin and land are made for connecting to nature in comfort!

Santeetlah Blue Bungalow

Enjoy the sounds of nature with mountain lake views when you stay in this unique place. The Blue Bungalow is newly remodeled in 2022 and is located one mile off US129, and only 12 miles from the world famous Tail of the Dragon. You will be less than a mile from the marina at Lake Santeetlah, the public boat launch, and the Cheoah Beach Recreation Area.

Blue Heron Haven

Easy gravel parking area for 3 vehicles near by. Enjoy exploring the area and come home to this cozy home with wood fireplace and large kitchen. The house is located right on the lake with its own dock. You can enjoy the 3 kayaks provided or rent a pantoon boat from the marina. It has a covered outside area with seating. Gas grill is provided.
