When you enter our immaculately clean Beach Cottage home you will feel like you are at a boutique hotel. Beautiful white linens and towels, WIFI, smart TV, Keurig coffee machine and more. Choose to have a BBQ with friends and family on one of our two decks as you watch the Sunset from Lake Ont. Take a stroll or a bike ride down the Beautiful boardwalk or visit the beautiful beach all located at the end of our yard. Whether you are here for business or pleasure there is something for everyone!

Escape to a modern cottage on Toronto Island Looking onto Lake Ontario is our newly constructed modern home. Enjoy our cozy private guest suite in our family home with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and private entrance Just a quick ferry ride from the bustling downtown core come explore the Toronto Islands which is the biggest car-free community in North America; with beaches, trails & skyline views as well as an amusement park in the summer. We also have 2 bikes you can use to explore.

Cozy Waterfront Cottage

Cozy waterfront cottage. Nestled in the woods on a private lane. Enjoy this cottage vacation while being only minutes from the city of Kitchener. Take in the fresh air, cast a rod in the lake, float around in a canoe, enjoy a fire under the stars, or just hang out on the deck. In winter, explore the frozen lake with skates or snowshoes. Propane fireplace is available for emergency heat only in winter. In the event of a power outage this would be the only heat available. We allow one pet.

Rustic Cabin on Private Pond

Our Rustic Beach House is simply furnished and set on you very own private pond with a private beach. It has electricity, does not have plumbing. Fresh drinking water is supplied. Bathroom is a clean, private outhouse and you have access to our guest shower facility on premises from 6-9 am/pm daily. As your Bed and Breakfast host we will personally greet you and check you in and always remain on property while offering you privacy. We are designed for a quiet, peaceful rustic getaway.

Cosy Updated Lakefront Cottage

Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. We also have floaties if you just want to lounge and relax by the water. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

Nestled among Niagara's fruit trees, our newly renovated log cabin sits on 16 Mile Creek. This modern studio is secluded, perfect for work or relaxation. Enjoy a morning coffee on the porch or an evening campfire with creek views. The cabin includes a comfortable sitting area, large windows, kitchenette (with hotplate), breakfast bar, elegant bathroom, BBQ, and more. Sauna and Cold Plunge available for all guests, included in the price for ultimate relaxation during your stay.

Lake Front Heaven - Gateway to Niagara/Vineyards

A magical cottage with its own beach house on Lake Ontario. This place is special! The beach house an extra bedroom and full bath which is available during the spring/summer months. There’s a pier, boat slip, fire pit, picnic table and plenty of outdoor seating. All of this 50 minutes from downtown Toronto, 40 minutes from YYZ International airport and 25 minutes from the world famous Niagara falls. The scenic is a great base to explore the Niagara region.

Waterfront Coach House Loft

This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.

Breathe taking views of the Bay from your private dock. Hidden gems: gym, 2nd kitchen, foosball table, EV charging and private trail.
