This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, hob, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster. Dinning table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

This spacious ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the charming town of Leigh-on-Sea. The annexe is joined to the main building by a locked acoustic door. A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. A bright airy modern comfortable apartment. Well equipped with coffee machine, oven and fridge freezer very recently refurbished to a very high standard. Set in the complex of Newhall Which has a thriving community. There is a fabulous coffee shop 100 yards across the road serving delicious food and excellent coffee. It is open on Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner also. There is also a local grocery store and hairdressers nearby.
