A village shop and a butcher/deli are a short walk away and the centre of Norwich is only a 20 minute drive. This area is popular with cyclists due to the quiet routes and a host of cycle friendly cafes. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, shower room, dining/working area and kitchenette. There is an off road parking space and bicycle storage if required.

Morrisons supermarket and a high Street with cinema/library/ banks etc are 10 mins walk away. The centres of Yarmouth and Norwich are a short drive as are the renowned Norfolk Broads.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom with bath/shower. Note stairs are steep. Free car park 50m away.
