We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Our large 2nd floor apartment accommodates 7-8 guest with 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed located in the study, Kitchen is equipped with all appliances and plates and silverware etc. 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. Our charming apartment is located in the Entertainment District that offers several small retail shops, a coffee shop, axe throwing, escape room, great bars, kayaking and LaRosa’s pizzeria.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

Space is the lower level of our house. We live upstairs. This space is beautiful, clean, spacious. It has its own entrance. Full-size bathroom with shower & jacuzzi tub. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, Electric skillet, Crockpot. It is one bedroom with a queen size bed. A Portable, full size foam mattress in the living area. Private outside deck with view of woods. private parking spot. Wi-Fi. TV in living area and bedroom.
