Unser historisches Kärntner Bauernhaus in Alleinlage aus dem Jahr 1841 wurde liebevoll und mit Bedacht renoviert. Viele internationale Gäste haben hier bereits einen schönen Urlaub inmitten wunderbarer Natur verbracht und die alpine Gemütlichkeit vereint mit moderner Ausstattung genossen. 2019 wurde nun das Dachgeschoss und die ehemalige Mühle zur Penthousewohnung auf zwei Etagen im Chaletstil ausgebaut. Die sonnige Wohnung sowie der überdachte großzügige Freisitz bieten eine unverbaute Sicht.

Die 2020 neu gebaute und voll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet Erholung, Ruhe und eine moderne Ausstattung! Die Infrarotkabine sorgt für den nötigen Wellnessfaktor. Überzeugt euch selbst!

La Perla della Drava - rez-de-chaussée

La maison, partie de La Perla Apartments, offre beaucoup d'espace pour les familles ou les groupes et est située à proximité de la piste cyclable Drau et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Il est situé dans le paisible village de Steinfeld, qui offre les services essentiels. A quelques km se trouve le lac Badesee avec plage équipée et terrain d'atterrissage pour parapente ; quelques minutes en voiture des meilleurs carrousels de ski de Carinthie et du Weissensee, célèbre pour ses patinoires.

The Holiday apartment Kreuzeck comprises, one double bedroom, lounge, diner with double sofa bed, kitchen with full cooker, fridge,freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with separate shower. The double bed can be separated into two single beds by prior arrangement. Views to the Kreuzeck, Reisseck ranges. Direct access to the large private south facing garden shared only with the owners and other holidaymakers. Garden furniture and benches available. Private entrance, fully self contained.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. . Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.
